Getting started
The ongoing engagement begins with the complimentary Focus Package. During this first session, we assess the company’s current situation, identify the most important development topics and determine which areas deserve further attention.
Frequency
The work continues through executive sessions that typically last 60 minutes. Depending on the size of the company, current priorities and the executive’s needs, these meetings can take place weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
Working together
In each session, we review your business objectives and the relevant digital opportunities, establish priorities, plan the next steps and regularly evaluate progress and results. After every session, you receive a written summary of the findings, decisions and actions.
Implementation
The duration of the engagement is tailored to the selected topics and the company’s objectives. If practical implementation requires further support, Digital Delivery can also help with preparation, selecting the right solution or provider, coordinating execution and reviewing the results.
I am Peter Kosa, founder of KOSA CONSULT. For more than 30 years, I have worked in advisory and leadership roles involving business processes, information systems and technology development in Hungary and Germany.
Throughout my career, I have supported the implementation of enterprise management, finance, logistics and manufacturing systems, as well as software development, information security projects and RFID-based solutions.
During Digital Coaching, you work directly with me. I help you understand the available technology options, assess the business consequences of your decisions and find solutions that fit the way your company operates.
The Focus Package is a complimentary 60-minute first Digital Coaching session. It is designed for owners and executives of established small and medium-sized businesses who want to understand where and how digital development can move their company forward.
During the consultation, we review your company’s operations, your executive objectives and the areas where you see a development need or opportunity. We compare these with the relevant digital solutions.
